EMDR - Eye Movement Densensitization Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation (through eye movement, tapping or hand buzzers) to access a dysfunctionally stored memory or trauma and connects it to the functional neural network. A target memory is processed which creates a safer, more relaxed nervous system.

DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy compiles various skill sets empowering the individual to gain emotional regulation. Exercises in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness are taught, lessening the individual’s distress.

CBT - Cognitive Behavior Therapy examines the relationships between thoughts, feelings and actions or behaviors. By recognizing and examining an individual’s core beliefs, the individual can choose healthier more functional thinking.
