About Therapy

Here’s a safe space to begin.

Walking into therapy can feel scary and overwhelming – but you don’t have to do it alone.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. This time is your time for exploration.

Many of my clients tell me how quickly they feel at ease and how natural it is to open up. Here, you will be accepted, heard, and supported without judgment.

Therapy offers compassionate, collaborative care.

Together, we’ll explore both your challenges and your strengths.

I consider it an honor to walk alongside you, bringing fresh perspective, compassion, and tools that can help lighten the weight you’ve been carrying.

Clients often describe feeling relief and renewed strength once we begin our work together.

Our relationship will be built on trust and collaboration. Your voice matters, and your story deserves to be heard.

My approach focuses on your healing.

I work with clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, and addiction.

My approach combines both professional expertise and personal understanding.

Having walked my own long-term recovery journey, I know firsthand that healing is possible.
